I have two little S**ts myself. Well, neither one is actually little (both are bigger than I). 18 yr old son, 11 yr old daughter...full time. They give enough of a workout!

only problem is i've got a gig friday night, and right now my arms feel like utter shite... *hopes they heal* so I'm not sure if I should run tomorrow

Hot shower, then cold will help ward off soreness after workouts. Also, regular workouts will tend to nullify the problem.

I know that regular workouts will increase the body's regenerative capabilities, but my problem is that the gig is in two days. When I'm doing a gig, its a full body workout, not just arms, so I'm just a bit worried that I won't be in top form. For this there's only me and one other guy, which means that things will be a bit more hectic going from song to song.

hehe yeah...except its at midnight and its around 2 hrs away, meaning i'll probably get home ~3am at the earliest. thankfully I'm not driving
oh yeah, and if my shoulders don't feel better soon, i can't use my ~500gm monkeys
....not that we have a 7 min song...time to do some crunches
