I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and good with ketchup.

A kiss blown is a kiss wasted, the only kind of kiss is a kiss tasted.

I'm a woman. We don't say what we want, but we reserve the right to be pissed off if we don't get it. That's what makes us so fascinating and not just a LITTLE bit scary.

Wow, three boys. Sounds like a lot of trouble. Good about the poi though, are you the 'cool' mum who all the kids are really impressed by. I remember some peoples mums being like that when I was a kid, with unusual hidden talents!!

Hopefully if I ever have kids I'll get them into poi, eventually we'll all achieve world domination!! weavesmiley

So far at school I have taught them to make maille, done shadowpuppets, dressed them up in armour and done the battle of hastings, done poi of course-they all made one each, done medieval dancing, card making

..one of the girls asked if I could come in every Monaday so she had a reason to go to school eachweek!!!!

So I might be a nerdy mum but the kids all know me and like me....
..and am going back to do other classes next year as well
