Yeah I can dislocate my shoulder at will these days but I'm having surgery in a few weeks to fix that

Gah.....not good.......but at least I finally got to see my Doctor and he gave me a perscription to keep the pain at bay untill he can get me into surgery to fix the problem for real. Something tells me that this will be my last good weekend of spinning for the rest of the summer, heading out to Rovo's place to camp, after that I'll probably be laid up after surgery for quite awhile
