My last post in that thread was November 17th in reply to Joe Sixsteps as follows:

What am I doing living in the UK again?

Although if the latest news is true - in 20 years Europe could be as cold as Alaska. Of course by then my prime snowboarding years will be behind me and my zimmer frame will have to be put on skis. Bloody fantastic!

So out with the old and in with the new. However there will still be lollies and hugs and cups a tea on offer.

I danced many pairs of socks off! Glade was bliss!! Was met by friends after a nightmare journey from London who had saved us a big space for our tent, right across from the Caukus Tent and near Sanco Panco tent - located in the middle of all the action. The weather was blisteringly hot all weekend, location was lovely, decor was fab, mix of music was great and the people were just amazing - smiles and sunshine galore - what more could a body ask for!

Watching AFX set coming up on shrooms was quite an experience, the set was v. dark and put my mind in quite a dark place too, I was rather weirded out until under the grinding industrial noises emerged a beautiful tune that made me smile and feel like all in the world was well, I spent the whole night bounding round all night occassionally joined by Kota the amazing dancing blanket. I was quite distraught to leave on Sunday afternoon. The verdict from many people I talked to was that it was more fun than Glasto - I reckon thats because it was smaller, and there was a really friendly vibe, so fingers crossed it takes place again next year!

Phew - sorry for the late reply sweetie! Happy New Year!
I am good!!! I've once again taken on far too much this year studywise but still finding the time to have fun. Also am newly single after making the tough decision just short of 5 years that Kota and I are not meant to be life long partners after all. Sad naturally but feel like I've made the right decision. Plus now that Brad Pitt is newly single also I can console myself with his hot body until I meet another creative penniless type to fall head over feels for : )

How's tricks with you - any exciting new art on your site! Keep them posted, love your pics!

Thanks Drew & Jem - luckily we have ended things most amicably and so we still give one another lots of hugs and I can always dust my teddy bear off and bring him out of retirement for any lonely nights!

Jem - this year I'm doing a ITEC Diploma course in Aromatherapy and studying for my Diploma in Lifecoaching through Newcastle college. Loving the aromatherapy course - tend to self-medicate a lot biggrin Be sure to drop me a message when you have new stuff on site. hug

Update on moi!

What a couple of years it has been. I am happy to announce that I have just qualified as a life coach and aromatherapist, I heard last week that I passed exams and modules and all is good!

Even more good and happy is that I have moved in with my beautiful loverman and amazing princess of a friend to a gorgeous hideaway in Streatham / Tulse Hill. Its a real 'grownup' house and I am mucho excited at having a proper home in London and a huge garden where I can forage for fruit! We have plum trees, how good is that!

To those of you who I have not seen in a while, sorry bout that, its been hectic but I will be making a trip to Spitalfields one of these days to say hi.

Big hugs and kisses to all X chu X

Hey Hels,

I'm superbad at keeping track of HOP these days! The party has been described as 'The Best Party I've Ever Been To' and that was just the DJs : ) ! It was indeed an amazing party! The scene from Shakespeare went down well, I did some firespinning to pave the path for the amazing dance performance Tia and her colleagues put on! Ted did some stiltwalking throughout the house and garden which I have some fun pictures of. The DJs were absolutely amazing - there was one point where our neighbour Alex was playing great DnB and Tias friend pulled out his trumpet and was jamming along - fantastic! And when out other neighbour Tom was playing some people started crowd surfing!!!! He quickly changed the tempo to calm people down! People wore some absolutely unbelieveable outfits - I WISH I HAD MORE PHOTOS! There is unfortunately a photo of me dancing at about 8am in my pink pyjamas wearing a huge blonde afro : ) Top top night, but we won't be holding a night like that again for a while - or if we do, we might hire out the Telegraph, its a lot of work holding a party in your own home!

Hope to see you at Decom this year? Write it in your diary, its going to be *oh so good*!

Its too cold to forage in the garden now! I do take little 'walks' around from time to time though : )

We are horrendously bad at the meeting up thing, we must rectify that soon! Once Decompression has stopped taking over my life I'll have more time for important things like going to bug Jon and Simian on their boat and visiting art galleries and all that jazz : )

Keep May 27th free guys, its my 30th and I'm going to have a partayyyyyyyyyyy!!!

Yes, really must come to boat soon, when warmer better, beers outside, all that greenery ; ) wonderbar!

I am very groovy - had a wonderful xmas and new years, just got back from Scotland and Eeeeep!!! I'm getting married!!!

Not till next year tho, I'm still quite in shock but also excited and delira to have met such a beautiful man to spend my life with.

Its a bit strange seeing on the same page broken up with Kota and now announcement that I'm getting married to Ted! I remember Kota mentioning marriage after we had been together 3 years or so and freaking out but did not hesitate when Ted asked me ubblove

And to answer question posed quite a while ago - yes Neko is Japanese for cat!

Really looking forward to seeing you all at Synergy next week, sadly it will be Miss Hels leaving do, but as I go to Bristol quite often now and Ed and I planning on moving there hopefully end of next year, I'll get to see probably more of the princess than I do in London. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!
