Tips/Hints
To alternate, the surfaces switches are EXACTLY THE SAME as in the 2-beat weave; because the 3-beat weave is symmetrical you can do them on both sides,since your hand cross on both sides

VERY IMPORTANT
the hoops i'm using don't even reach my waist line, so the full fountain effect is practically impossible with full size hoops since you can't reach your hands down, however those using mini hoops can move far more dramatically and create very interesting effects!!!
