i've done some interesting things, not so much injured physical but my ego toook a huge plunge...i was practasing poi on a rock next to a pond, tried to do a weave and turn... guess wha...

i've been catching my fire poi now for a while, i pull then from in front of me catch them (whilst lit) and throw them out ion front of me, if you get a good photographer it looks like ...
