help me buy fire poi for girlfriend\'s birthday

Hello,

My girlfriend's birthday is coming up and I want to get her her first set of fire poi.

I'm a big believer that if you're going to do something it should be done right, so with that in mind I was looking at this:

That said, I don't know the first thing about poi and was hoping someone here could help point me in the right direction.

It sounds like the pro series chains are the best option available, so I think that's settled, but I'm not sure about the pros and cons of monkey first vs cathedral vs whatever.

Also, I don't know what length of chain to get for her. I see that it should be the length of her arm to where the thumb joins the hand, that's great, but I don't want to have to measure her arm as that might arouse suspicions..

Can anyone give me an educated guess as to the right length of chain for her given that she is 5'2" ? I'm guessing medium to small?
