Yeah. All from slaying one dragon. It is not like he made a habit of it....

Violent, violent man. He just doesn't care about the impact that made on the entire dragon community. The fear it placed everyone in. The mistrust from the rest of the world.

Repercussions. They're always there.

Hey, dragons are meant for giving popcorn to and complementing. I don't get why one would try to slay a dragon...

I'm with the Pepsi over coke as well. Tastes better and besides, I started boycotting Coca Cola Amatil in 2005.

And for the record, World Domination (TM) was started by me and my friend Meg when we were living in Vanuatu. Life gets boring in small villages and we passed the hours by pondering who we would nuke first...

your memory is hopeless - just like a dragon!
Talk of world domination started in your thread when you were raising the HoP army and recurred later when you were talking about controlling the beer and whiskey of the world. The HoP army pre-dated Vanuatu but I can't rightly remember the order of Vanuatu and the world beer/Whiskey domination.

And just for the record, I am not "anyone" as you imply/state. My feelings are all hurted now . . .

*sharpens dragon-slaying sword and spear*

The Pepsi/Coke "war" is an interesting battle. quite apart from people's personal preferences, there is the whole political alliance thing. Coke followed the US military during WWII taking bottling plants into war zones to do so!

Oi! My army was not about World Domination (TM) it was about defending HoP from board invaders! ...when we weren't all hungover, of course.

Trivia question: Is the coca-cola logo ever blue?

(trivia questions are so boring when it's on the internet)

Yes you can't get the 'original'(minus the cocaine) Coke formula anywhere but the States and some European countries. Elsewhere, they mainly have the 'new Coke' formula.

Cadbury chocolate on the other hand tastes different.

What's in a soda? That which we call a coke
In any other country would still taste as carbonated.

Hmmmm, maybe these days it's not such a big problem as "univesal" Quality Control is more widely practised, but about 15 years ago when Heather & I were tripping around there was WIDE variation in taste between different countries versions of drinks - not just Cola but beers etc - just taste Guiness in different countries and see where you get. Mind you, a lot of that is in the base ingredient in the different countries - taste the water in different countries and see what you get and then come to Christchurch and taste the tap water and you'll never want to go back!

Then there's also the marketing decisions for different countries - I was sorely disappointed (still am) that we don't have cherry coke here - that stuff's quite nice (as far as coke's go).
