Posted: Thanks for the advice as I've started to do more videos and really work on my technique it is something I've notices, I'm a bit flaily. OH and as for the pants, I'll record a rave session in my rave gear soon enough.

Posted: Plenty of energy in there! one thing I was told when I was learning was to practice slower than felt natural. That way you get a better feel for where the poi are, where you're going with them etc.
Typically poiple who learn to spin fast have less control and find tempo switches harder because they're always going at 100% Whehn you're got the control from spinning slow, then you can REALLY go fast when you want top because the fundamentals are nailed
Smooth out the transitions and planes a bit more and you'll be an even more exciting spinner to watch.
