I just discovered the wonders of Facebook. I've found Stroo and Flameboy on there but I'm wondering if anyone else uses it? If not, go get on there now

I REALLY cannot be arsed with Facebook or myspace or any other networking site! Doesn't help that I don't have regular internet anymore and resort to using my parents!
Plus I only ever really use networking sites to meet boys! Can't be arsed with that either!

I've joined facebook, it's been quite useful for keeping in touch with friends I have who are travelling and living abroad. I've managed to regain contact with quite a few friends from Uni too.
However.... yesterday I had some bloke from my work ask if he could be my 'friend'. The guy is a lot older than me and I hardly know him... I've been in a few meetings he's been in, he works with my boss on some IT stuff but that's about all the contact I've ever had with him. It's a bit creepy.

ironically hexagonic couldn't post on the play website and "found" me on facebook to explain his 2 ball juggling workshop... maybe I'm not on HoP enough to get a PM
couldn't understand how he got my real name and found me there when a HoP PM would have been really easy

I once looked for a friend of mine on Facebook. Bizarrely, even though I didn't find him, all the people the search came up with looked strangely like him. Even the girls!

I've stopped using my MySpazz profile as it's so scarily easy to hack 'em and generally cause mayhem.
Facebook is much better, far more versatile, dosn't let you create God-awful minging backgrounds and make a hash of HTML and stops all the little whinging emo brats from being quite so obviously emo-y. Which is good.

I've just found a whole load of people I used to be really good friends with about 6 years ago on there... I don't know whether to make contact or not though, not everyone was on the best of terms when I moved away and there are a few of them I definitely do NOT want to contact me again... but I feel a bit apprehensive about contacting the ones I would really like to catch up with, because it would mean exposing my profile and becoming known to a few people who I really don't want in my life any more. I suppose I could just hit 'reject' if they try to add me?
Plus I only have about 7 friends on Facebook, they're all people I know really well and meet up with regularly. I use it more as a replacement to email than for social networking!

yah, i just got an account a few days ago after being told by twerpy that it is somehow better than myspace... it has its plus' but i prefer being able to customise my page

yeah i think it's a bit too straight edge, i like the idea of having a page how i like it and being able to change it when i like
