Bible what is this? am highly interested
we had a mini ganja book thats being pased through the generation started by mr bowers seconded by myself each of us leave a note n sign it that i know of its been through around 25 peeps since 03 maybe one day u will read it!

He has this massive book that's about 400 pages long and has just about every thing you could ever imagine inside it. Including loads of really cool tips on each page. I'll find out what it's called cuz it really is the daddy. written by stoners for stoners I think

Hey all !
Just ordered my first set of LED Poi and can't wait for them to be delivered.
Also ordered the DVD to help me get started but just wondered if there were any spinners in Central Scotland who would be up for a wee meet and maybe show me first hand some moves or even just to give advice.
