..i've started twirling lets say a year ago , and when i wanted to buy something thats not home made , i realised i need this site .. a lot . so ...now im here..looking forward to meet people...

Hello from the states and to HOP!! There seem to be a hefty load of people from England too (check out the Meet Others forum here) but whenever I do a search on places like Livejournal for fire poi I notice a lot of firespinners in the former soviet block countries... *shrug*

I wish I had 4 spinners in my town! Alas, I have to drive several hours to find anyone who can help me learn - hopefully this will change in the coming months as I move back to civilization from the podunkness that is my current habitations.
And there is nothing wrong with being a n00b, it makes everything that much more exciting and new.
