I did a search but I don't think I've been married before so...
NYC and I got married on Saturday and in grand tradition I thought I ought to let HoP know before we swanned off to France for the rest of the summer.

Congrats and enjoy the honeymoon and remind the Father of the Bride that "honeymoon" is a reference to the fact that he is supposed to supply the Groom with alcohol (specificly Honney mead but I'm sure that anything will do) for one lunar month (28ish days) after the marriage

No, no, no, no! There was quite enough honey mead at the wedding, easily about a month's worth in an evening and it all ended up in folk dancing, hula hoop, swing dance and the Brooklyn cousin threatening to break dance.
