The optimus one at the end was way more than cardboard, very impressive, but also scarey as hell on the geek level

Disturbing is an understatement.... Those people look like they had actually spent copious amounts of time and money on those costumes..... Me thinks they need to find something a little more forfilling in their lifes rather than transformer conventions. They are adults after all.
Don't get me wrong they are very creative and quite amazing, but come on people.

I saw another video like that a while ago. It was just one dude but his costume was so intricate you could not see any part of him when he was transformed.
