anybody know how to delete accounts? i need to delete mine, the mods dont seem to be much help....

Who says anyone needs a purpose here? The only people who serve any purpose are the mods...
All I ever do here is talk nonsense and needless smut, quite often derailing threads and being a nuisance. But I'm still here!

do you need to delete it, can't you just ignore the account?? Its not like your details are really searchable on HoP, and you can change or remove everything via your home panel anyway, all that will be left is your name - you can even remove all your posts if you want - by deleting them as you normally would.
i don't think mods on most forums have the power to delete your account, ban maybe but not delete, you'd probably need to bother the man at the top with that one if you really want to delete your whole account...

well i could just ignore the account, but i would still get messages, and then i would be rude for not replying... but then again i would be rude if i were not reachable? i dunno, but seriously.
HOP has nothing more to offer me.
I think it is time for me to move on.

well ask an admin person then, malcolm or dom or georgemc i think. But you could also give the people you do want to message some other way of contacting you, email address, myspaz or whatever, then they can still message you. There are hundreds of people on HoP who must never actually use their accounts

That seems unusual.
Wouldn't it be better just to report the offending person/people to the mods, rather than leave completely?
If you're interested in poi or staff, then HoP will always have more to offer... in terms of videos and people pushing new moves.

you could leave your account so you get e-mails when people PM you so you can still contact them if you wish Or like NOn said blank your home panel. there are 1000's of members on HoP and some are accounts that people can;t get into or have just stopped using. A couple of balls short of a full cascade... or maybe a few cards short of a deck... we'll see how this all fans out.

I find it hard to believe that you have a "we despise stainedwhisper clan", as I haven't heard or seen anything to support that, and HOP just isn't that type of place.
Not perhaps mis-reading posts are you? That happens a lot, as with not being able to hear the tone and see the face of a speaker, it's easy to misinterperet meanings. I know for myself that until I got to know a lot of the personalities on the forums it I could quite easily of taken offence when none was meant, and some forums I avoid all together because it becomes a bit too easy to be misunderstood.

this is just getting blown way out of proportion. i just wanted to know if it was possible or not. i have no time to tell people what they can and cannot say. and besides i dont really spend much time on here anyway.

Stained, you can switch off / block pms so that you can still post if you ever want to again, but people won't be able to contact you. Go to your home screen, then click edit on "personal information" and it's right at the bottom.

can we found an official "we own our own HoP-despise clan"-section?As I see it, ppl do judge, oppose and (re)act the same way as any other peer group on the planet. It's just a different dresscode, that's all
