hi all
here is my sydney juggling convention 2007 renegade act. it has many different examples of vertical hula hooping. body rolls, isolations, twirling, juggling, balancing, etc.

thankyou very much for that. it wasnt necessarily my intention to be 'manly', but its the hooping that appeals to me.

if so, each arm has two hoops. i have one on my upper arm, and the other on my hand. then all i do i change the direction of the hoop on my hand. i time it so that they peak and trough at the same time.
