im new here!
the first time i saw poi dancing was at a rave there was lots of foreign people glow spinning i and felt in love with the dance, ever since i wanted to learn and now i can.
been spinning for 1 month and im so full, never felt this way, when im out i just want to get home to do some poi and learn new moves it feels great when i learn something. i found poi relaxing and a way of meditate and just live the moment.;)
i've been searching 4 a clear mind and i can reach it while im spinning what a great feeling

hey i've always wanted to learn about reiki, healing trough hands right? i read that i need to be awaken by a level 4 master but theres also the far distance awakening not so strong but effective. what can you tell me about that, im all ears.

reiki is crap compared to this, i've never felt so relaxed, i know it sounds gay, but i am so full of joy when i am doing it! it's contagious! and it's 2.30 A.M. and i can't stop spinning

i recommend spinnig while listening "Voices" from "The Beach".
