I think a highlight of the weekend for me was in the middle of an impromptu club swinging workshop being run by Firenix one of the workshop people noticed a sting ray. We all ran the 10 yards to the beach and then got to see Rob run to the dorms and along the beach and into the water with a snorkle to swim with the ray.For a laid back guy he could move. He got within a metre with the goggles and had a grin like this biggrin
Got to love random moments.
There were dolphins on the first day but most people missed seeing them. frown

The post weekend Luurrveeee is still stroing here too ubblove

The organisers , through things beyond thier control, had a shortfall on the monies and were glum.

The local community has stepped in and given donations and it looks like Spunout 08 is back on the agenda. So we are all biggrin biggrin biggrin

I wondered what was going on when the clubs workshop disintergrated and ran off to the beach.

Was chillin in the chill out tent and was too chilled to go and check it out, oh well.

And chats in the water are fun. The water was gorgeous tho, really should have taken a swim rather than just wading, oh well, next time (depending on where the next one ends up)

I smile because i have no idea whats going on!! biggrin

I remember that beach so well, and how crystal clear the water was. Trying a 3-up pirouetee whilst on Russle's shoulders, early evening swimming...

No I know about Steves demise - but im not one to provoke, play or distress wild animals (other than audience members!!), so I figure im pretty safe. Considering something like 6 people have ever died from StingRay stings - I think my chances of survival are better than spontansously combusting before Ive even got out my fuel - although it would be an entertaining way to go!!
Living life through fear is not a way I like to do things - but thanks for your concern.

I was rather concerned when i came across Ben with that make-up on. I thought there had been some sort of explosion! And did anyone notice that he had an "I know something you don't know" type grin on his face all weekend? What is it he knows exactly that the rest of us don't? umm

As for FireNix and the sting ray - I did tell him to watch out for the old 'barb through the heart' before he went diving in. Crazy poms! rolleyes

Ben knows too much! As does Jedly.

FireNix found teaching them hat tricks very frustrating coz they learnt everything so quick. I told FireNix not to teach them anything but he wouldn't listen. He underestimated their powers greatly! meditate

I could only stand back and say "see I told you!" spank as FireNix refused to teach them any further coz he'd run out of tricks!
