I was wondering if someone would be able to explain what exactly is going on here as the video is not very clear, ive tried what i thought was going on but only suceeded in a sore head.

the decription they give: "The fountain is a combination of forward and reverse weaves with high and low transitions, done in the wall plane." pretty much sums it up.
its a weave in the wall plane (parallel to the front or back of your body) that goes in a big circle. forward weave on one side and reverse weave on the other side. so the first transistion is down by your knees and the 2nd trasistion will be up over your head.
next try a buzzsaw weave fountain. they are really fun.
