Hello, um, well, new to this site but have been enjoying the pleasure that is poi for about a year, i learnt in Thailand. I am still pretty basic, and the DVD i bought to learn some more funky moves has only produced bruises. So I am after some real life lessons! Is Spitalfeilds still on? Anyone out there that can help me keep a bruise free body, but masterful at poi this summer?!!
