one handed poi moves

hey guys,
i have been working one one handed moves for poi, and i wanted to know if anybody else has some good ones.
at the moment, i can do two one handed butterfly, at same time and a cool spin around with two in one hand. will post pics and tips if any body want to swap a trink

There is another topic that has the name "onehande moves" where we talking about this. Using 4 pois is hard and I really would like to se your picts and if you can a short vid?!

I have givin up on playing with 4 pois cos I cant get the right flow in it but I really would like to see someone that plays around with it.... :P
