I'm learning how to spin, I'm at the point now where I'm trying to dance with the fire
. What are some good moves that I can do to achive beauty and grace while spinning.

most of the ones i have seen with dancing in them seem to just be jumping and spinning around like banshees. however if you are not going for the banshee fire poi look, i would suggest trying new things. the key is to know where your poi are going and figure out how to move around with them (ie turning in circles etc.). grace comes with practice.
