maybe you've got your computer set to remember your password? so when you click on stuff, you're already logged in?
i actually have no idea...i'm just guessing!! also...why would you want to log out of hop?

If you logout and use "back" button you will see yourself logged in. It can be by timestamped cookies, logout and try crl+F5 or "refresh".
