Thanks for the concern about the thumb Jean!!
Its all good now. No sense no feeling they say! Whats this about this work being easy!!!! Oh alright yes its easy. I certainly have held more thought provoking jobs in the past. But none have ever paid as good as this and giving me complete freedom to do what i like. And because of this my staff control is improving out of sight, hehehe
