Given up on the butterfly and have mastered the forward weave. Can just about do the reverse weave and switch between the two almost seamlessly!!

Spitelfields was great. Met some great people down there and learnt a lot. Can now do the butterfly, and have learnt the concepts for some other tricks. All I have to do is practise!

It's now been 6 weeks since I have taken up Poi and I'm making good progress. Like to thank some of the guys I have met down at Spitz, in particular Kevin and Alex. I learnt alot from Kevin in a short amount of time, but I guess he's taught a lot of people! Also like to thank Alex, he helped me tidy up BTB reverse 3 bt weave.
Onwards and upwards!
