hello
, this post is dedicated to those stupid laws that exist all over the place. for example:
in california it is illegal to eat an orange in a bathtub
,
in alaska it is a federal offence to throw a moose out of a moving vehicle!!,
and in york you can shoot a scotsman if its with a longbow!!!!
i know pointless!!
just wondering if anyone knew any more?
any input greatly appreciated (comments too)

This law has actually been enforced in the 1990's. The reason for the law is that restaraunts were evading taxes by under-reporting income. The assumption is that by leaving your receipt behind you are aiding and abbetting tax-evasion.

In Hartford, Connecticut., you aren't allowed to cross a street while walking on your hands.
It is illegal to take more than 2 baths a month within Boston confines.
In Greene, New York, it is illegal to eat peanuts and walk backwards on the sidewalks when a concert is on
Oxford, Ohio, it's illegal for a woman to strip off her clothing while standing in front of a man's picture.

In Tulsa you have to have a licened engineer present before you can open a coke bottle.
Anywhere in Oklahoma it's illegal for dogs to be gatherd in groups of three or more without a license, and to eat someone elses hamburger.
