I paint Elves, Orcs, Humans, Undead, Chaos, Tau, Harlequins, Dark Eldar, Dark Elves, Lizardman, Demons, and some other stuff I can't be bothered to list. Fairies sound quite tame by comparison!

I wouldn't mind LARPing if there were any actual fight scenes that were choreographed and anything. Rather than holding bits of paper.

I have 86 Star Wars novels, and I think that the "Heir to the Empire" trilogy and the "Hand of Thrawn Trilogy" to be the best. The NJO stuff is good, but can be quite depressing.

Waterstones? did I mention Waterstones?

And I thought that LARPers beat each other with foam weapons. Was I misled or something?

I love the way that some of the larpers that hang out in our local comic shop use fire poi/staff to create magic spells which normally involve them spinning randomly about in a very mess dangerous way! I'm sure fire and foam swords don't mix very well!
