if i organised an uberstaff oz(and cunningly part payed my ticket over there... )in january or february, would there be an interest in it from you upsidedown twirlers?
potential teachers.... me, kyle?, dave knox, + 1 or 2

well if it were Jan and not the same w/end as Rainbow Serpent Festival then you could almost guarantee me and Kate. if its during the school term then its less likely.
I dont think you would have any trouble at all with gathering 20-30 eager participants for such a workshop. Especially if you hold it somplace where we can all get cheap flights to. I wonder if you could be sponsored to run workshops at NICA or something in Melbourne...something to think about?

I think you are about to start a national rumble about where to have it!!! Though if you are having Kyle and Boy (Knoxious that is) to teach...well it would HAVE to be in cuddly cosy Brisvegas, no???
Specially seeing so many of us would have hauled to Adelaide already this year.... and bearing in mind the sublime attributes of our fair city... and that I could probably accommodate most of the visitors in my dungeon! And that you could probably have the event in the park at the end of the street and then all come back here for a swim... Hmm, this is sounding better and better!

Anyway, cheap tix on iron birds these days..... and Brisvegans tend to have big houses and open doors...
Also I think falling at Bluecat's feet is entirely appropriate. Though I'd rather stand up and give him a HUGE SMILEY HUG
And yes, anything that has lots of peeps travelling here would be great to tie in with a Moonfest...Jan 14th and Feb 13th seem to be the dates though that's not official Pixie dates, just GMT. Good thing it's far enough away from Woodford that we have had a chance to recover...

If you're wanting to do an Uberpoioz I should be in Oz in Jan/Feb time so might actually be able to make it. Don't know where yet, but can travel (if anyone wants to offer me and my girl floor space feel free hint hint).
There'll be DomPoi lessons in various South East Asian locations from Oct 2005.

brilliant! the general consensus seems to be for brisbane - which is great for me, as i should be flying up there sporadically for work. - But if any of you pass through Sydney, I have a spare room in my house [well, i will tomorow when i move in there].
am looking forward to learning some ubercool stuff!

Hello everyone.
I've just been to Straddie (Stradbroke Island) spinning fire on the beach and watching whales from the headland and remembering why I live here! Mmm let's have an uberpoi beach picnic!
*Floor space* of course Dom.. anytime. I remember you most fondly from your visit two summers ago. (it's me, dave'smum!)
Think Tom'll be around too so it should be a wickkid season!

well i would feel like to total kn*b, and would feel very stupid, i felt bad enough at uber staff, and have no need to make myslef look anymore low and stupid this month, i have managed that quite well enough thanks
