Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too. Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

Ok...watched Bridge to Terabithia last night....it's rubbish. I cried, yes, but not that good kind of cry, and the fantasy is pretty much non-existant... was really looking forward to seeing it too...

It wasn't the good kind of cry, not the kindof cry I like anyway. I wouldn't really recommend it, unless you go into it not expecting much more than a kids sobby kiddies film.
I'm really REALLY Happy today. We finally got our deposits back from the home we moved out of in JANUARY!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Some extra moolah for the festy season, yeah!

Well, I've decided to try and stay in the UK, for the next two years anyway. Ofcoarse, if they make it too difficult for me, I may change my mind again. I want to do both!

i had a dream last night.. i went to the UK, with my friend cam.. and we were staying at your place, which was really big and had a cafe.. why, im not sure.. but you introduced me to some people, i think they may have been pyrowill and stwugz, but they didnt look like themselves.. then you and me hung out for a bit i think... thats about all i remember now

We dont have a cafe but I cook for quite a lot of people in my little kitchen Sounds good though

not too bad actually. i spent most of the night chatting to a new friend about life love and everything, and it's kindof left me with a fluffy feeling, just because I havent had a godd ol chinwag like that for ages...I'm not even tired today!!!

mmm, i miss fluffy-feeling-inducing conversations, its been a fair while.. i think
hmm, my day went kinda slowly, but not bad. it seemed to last for ages, but was just cruisy, not boring the whole time. this evenings been kinda good too, not done much, just taken it easy, played a bit of guitar, found some new music tucked away on my puter which is really nice

that sounds lovelly.
I just found a whole lot of people I knew in highschool and havent seen in 6-10 years. It's really weird seeing the people you remember as kids all grown up... *shudder* It's quite twilight-zoney
