Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too. Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

I have found that friends weddings have a tendency to land at the most inopertune moments - fetivals , bike races etc. . .
But they are always a lot of fun . . .
Have I really spoken to you Blu, was i very drunk or was it just a hi ?
In 45 days I will be free from uni . . . so hopefully be out and about in the HoP world again ...

I may do Mynci, but don't count on it, for the most part the place I'm staying doesnt actually have electricity, so the net is a bit out of the question
Yes Matty, you were very very drunk, if memory serves me correctly,it was nightime after your impromptue fire show, you were hanging onto one of the guy ropes of the marquee at PLAY 2 by one hand...with a large bottle of something in the other
Officially homeless now...phew, moving is hard work! I am so tired today and my entire body aches, but at least it's done now for a few weeks...now just to find somewhere new to live within the next two days...*sigh*.. Then... OFF TO AFRICA!!!! YES!

For the past two nights Lee and I stayed at our friend Matt's place and for the next two we will stay at our friend Kate's house. Then I fly off to SA. Lee will be staying at Kate's mostly and going back to Sheppe on the weekends. Then I'll be back in just over three weeks and hopefully we will have somewhere to move to, then we have to do it all over again...

I really need a holiday, I'll probably sleep through the first few days though, I havent had a decent nights sleep in the past two weeks, getting about 4 hours every day and lots of physical exertion really takes it out of you!

I had to file them, I kept piercing my own toungue when drinking through a straw. I'ts already got one piercing in it and wasn't keen on the idea of getting a lisp with more
I'll be thinking of you guys Mynci, I've decided to make myself a staff once I get out there so that I can practice a few things, so I may be driving around and into town just to email you with questions. With a nice big garden, wide open spaces and warm weather I'm going to be playing every day..it's still all about the staff at the moment but taking mine with to SA would just be a hassle.

ok a broom handle and tennis balls with screws or tape your preference + a bit of inner tube for grip.
of course you can ask me questions, If you'd mentioned it earlier I could have given you kevlar to take to make a fire staff

It was still insanely stressful..if we had the choice of about three places, if we hadn't of liked any of them, we would hyave been screwed! But as it would be, things are all turning out ok in the end...they always do.
I am sitting in the airpost right now waiting for my flight to South Africa..WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I'm not too sure how often I will be on teh net over the next month, as access in SA is very limited I understand... my mom still hits things to turn them on and off.

Ok in SA now..the weather is beautiful.
