The private message concept seems to be completely foreign and utterly ineffective to many of us. I know that there is a "please check your PM" post that floats around started by Ray but even that doesn't seem to get people to check.

Of course we could just email them but that defeats the purpose of the PM system which is taking up all of this room.

Any positive ideas?
