ok, VERY lightly
i burned it yesterday and it's only a tiny bit red now... so nothing to worry...
(i burned my chin during fire-spitting)
and i was wondering is some of you got wonderful tips? i spit with >99.9% parraffin lampoil (it says on the bottle)... so I guess that's ok. Are there any other tips? (like: never spit fire when there's lampoil on your chin
)
BTW: a friend of mine convinced me to try fire-spitting, at first i was like NO WAY, but i did it anyway and it ROCKS!

My personal advice is to not do it; too many people have died (many of them very experienced) and two of my friends (real life ones, not internet contacts) have now been seriously hurt by it.

can firebreathing be done with something that is far less bad for you? like absinth? (though quite expensive)... is it possible?

Ok, that's clear. It's very bad for me and so.
But I still haven't got an answer to my question if it cán be done with some other fuel that is less bad for me, like absinth (75% alcohol) or strorum (80% alcohol)...

You'll also stand out from the crowd- anyone can learn to fire breath (admittedly badly, with no appreciation of safety) in minutes- these days there's always some goon at a party who'll try to show off by spurting something out of his/her mouth and lighting it.

aonomatos : ok i dont tknow if there is a diff in it but i use ultra pure lamp oil (not near the bottle so i cant tell you if it's 99.9) i am assuming you use a wipe cloth to clear you face after every breath..........try bio-diesel i olny got to use it once, but its after taste was better (to me) and it didnt irritate my skin as much as the lanp oil........i thought i gave a little bit brighter falme as well

go to a large peice of concrete pour out a shot of meths and light it, it may even light before the match touches the liquid.
now try the same thing with parrafin, i gauruntee you this will not work.
you are really increasing your chances of an accident using anything but parrafin.

I'm not intend to do it daily, far from it. I did it a few times, and the next time (if there ever is one) will be in a very, very, very very very long time. But I wanted to know íf there would be a next time, what I could use best.

Has anyone tried using Citronella oil to breathe with? I've only used that so far to spin with and it's a pretty good fuel. From the MSDS it sounds like it wouldn't be *as* dangerous as kerosene etc to your body if you swallow it or breathe it in.
