My arms starting to feel normal !
can't quite move it properly yet but it's getting there !
Yeah, yeah, yeah baby !
Can even manage light staff although it ain't that comfy , but the physio tells me that that's o.k !

Can't wait to get back to London & see all u lovelies again !
8 weeks of no spinning has been dull & I'm glad that my folks have finally had enough of me & r pushing me back 2 u lot !

Just remmember to take it easy... Broken arms take quite a long time to be 'normal' again...
I speak from experience as my right arm wont quite bend that way...
