yes, good links for brginners but I can't found trick [gifs] for advanced, only video (some very good:) on this forum

they're in your temporary internet folders as ".swf" files, i think. i haven't tried to copy them out lately, but it worked when the site first went up.

Cross-Over :

Both Poi go forward. Try to cross your Poi. First with left hand over the right and than the right over the left. Try it backward after . Enjoy:]

I enjoyed watching those biggrin

Nothing really new to me, but I did like seeing them all like that. It's not often you see basic moves in repeating gifs like that. Also had a few instants of inspiration after watching one or two where an idea just hit me. Gotta keep this post short so I can go try em out!
