Hi all! I'm a poister in the small town of Langebaan in South Africa and need some help so thought i'd say howzit!
I'm pretty good with the poi already but would LOVE to learn fire poi!
AND I'm getting married 
in Jan and thought I'd find out if anyone's interested in doing some moves at me wedding.

Hello last july my sis got married!I had the idea to play poi but it was really uncomfortable:) I was wearing a dress and uncomfortable shoes... It could not happen........
Getting married is like playing with fire so you do not have to play with poi

I've heard of fire spinners at a outdoor wedding receiption. The bride and groom did spin but some of the guests did. I was told that it was fantastic.

Congrats on the wedding thing.
When is the wedding? I love the idea of spinning at a wedding. Only thing is our crew is based on the Garden Route so there will be some travel costs involved as it is about 500KM to Langebaan. We can do single staff, double staff and poi and can maybe get you going on the firepoi.

The wedding is on the 8th of Jan at Nelson's Creek, just outside of Wellington & Paarl. Seeing that its on a wine farm, I thought it'll be great outside at da pool while everyone have some drinks.
500km is a far way to come though, so cheers anyway. So stupid being in Langebaan were no one even know poi exist! And Cape Town's just that little bit to far to travel to every week to catch up with other poisters.

Ek bly dan in Langebaan, ek het net die ander dag my poi gekry.
Im still in the learning phase of poi, but ive already started with fire.
