Very well actually. Sleep, get the night over with so it will be one sleep closer. Ask me the same question a week or so before I leave and the answer will be probably be different. Then I will be to excited to do any sleeping.

Unicycling:
today alomost completion of level 4 skill test!.. one item left to learn damn only 6 more levels to go.
Productive day... rode backwards for over 40 meters and one foot forwards for 30 meters... only 10 meters of each needed to pass those skill tests, this morning having never made one pedal rotation one footed it took me 30 mins to get the feeling for it and the body and uni positions right, before the dead spot felt so hard to control but now it seems one of those things that once you feel it it was simple.
Now looking at level 5... erm might be on this one for a while. 10 skills per level... i think i will have to practice more of levels 1-4 and dial every thing in and better my riding before learning any thing new.
today i also tried gliding.... no success there! just flat on my arse every time, also the same with wheel walking..tsk oh well.i will save those again for another day off work.

gliding under skill test level 10 advanced riding levels.
riding a unicycle with out aid of feet on pedals, involves placing both feet on top of the forks, you can use the ball of one foot to aid as a break on the tire, you kinda need to do this with some speed though as there is nothing to keep momentum going, downhills seem to be the best for this kind of riding.
wheel walking is similar but you can use either foot or both feet to walk on the wheel, thus giving you momentum.

i think once one foot riding learnt with both feet, the above two will be slightly easier to learn.

so the end of a book, the final chapter.
in recent days the celebaration of christmas was the joy on most peoples faces but to me was the celebration to being set free, free from all anger, free from all pain, free from all suffering and the gifts from others were insignificant. i wished for nothing more than to be set free, now soaring high above the skies, im as a bird, an eagle in flight.
so you may be wondering what the [censored] i am going on about?, well it was "d" day on the 24th of december, the day i get to see nat, for the first time since we broke up, its been over 3 months since we last saw each other, its been nearly that since we last spoke.
I was working, as i had planned planned to work all through christmas and new year for the extra money to go and see the love of my life in camaiore, when iwas behind the bar serving i saw from the corner of my eye the figure of some thing very familular to me, it was nat, she was going through the door to get upstairs to the flat above the pub, she was with her familly. Right then i didn't make out that i had saw her, i carried on with my work, to be honest, i had no idea what i wanted to say to her.
later that afternoon, she came downstairs with her familly, i was collecting the glasses from the tables in the lounge and she called me over, it was her that spoke first, i was taken back by that, i really didnt think that she would be on speaking terms with me for some reason but then with nat, wonders will never ceese.
I thought that i should break the ice a little myself, as she had finished her meal with her familly, i said to her, knowing what se was like, offered her my computer, saying that if she was bored, that she could go and chill out in my room on my computer for a while, it was already online for her to use if she liked to. I think that took her back a little and she seemed very greatful towards me.
All i could think about though was Serena, work was really busy and all i could think about was her, she takes up 99% of my thoughts always, i love her i really do, she is my life, my love, my sorrow. With this aside, i went for my break upstairs in the flat, i sat down with nat for half an hour and had a chat and a coffee and a few cigarettes, we talked openly, and it was good... i left to go back to work having given her her christmas pressent, it didn't seem long enough to catch up and sort things out, but it was enough to clear the air for every one to enjoy christmas with us two in the same room as one another with out us fighting.
at the end of christmas eve night i we finally got finished around 2 am, we had started work before midday, so it had been a long one for us all, and we had been non stop for it all day too.. litterally!, that half hour i got with nat was the only break i got all day for 14+ hours i worked that day.
Well i was really looking forward to seeing matts face this christmas morning, we rose at 8am having stayed up till gone 3.30am drinking, the night before we had bought down all of the pressents from the flatdown to the pubs bar so there was more room to open every thing. Matt didn't think santa had been beacuse there were no pressents under the tree in the lounge of the flat, so he had to look every where else to see if he had been, and when he saw all the pressents in the bar downstairs his face lit up!, for my third christmas with nat's familly this was the most special and it was because of matt, i know they are not my direct familly, but i still love them all to death, i have told nat this and she understands where i am coming from, she knows that it would be unfair of her to stand between that.
The morning soon flew past, it was time to open the pub again, christmas day and having to work, but then i vollunteered to do so. besides it was only for a few hours or so.
Christrmas dinner was beautiful, by far the best meal i had had in a very long time, i dont really eat, you will probably know this if you have read the previous chapters, i couln't hardly move afterwards. Soon i faced the challenge! the pool tournament... me vs nat... 7 frames of 8 ball pool.... first 2 frames it was looking like boy gets ass kicked by girl!... but then i had been drinking wine... needed that extra warm up frame to let it pass out of my system... so i kicked her ass 4 frames to 3, she didn't do bad in the end... pretty kewl christmas pressent.... kicking your ex fiancee's ass at pool.
So after the game we sat and talked, we talked about her and jack, me and italy and me and serena, it wasn't strange at all, it didn't feel stange to either of us but it felt good to talk.
I went to my room for a while so that i could talk to serena, nat went to have a bath, i was bolloxed from the past couple of long days at work, today i missed serena even more than ever, i really wished that she was here with me on christmas day, i actually got quite upset and cried for a while on my own, after i had said good bye to serena, i went downstairs to the staff christmas party that i had been avoiding by going to my room, nat eventually came down for a beer too and we talked some more, in the end we both got bored of it and went upstairs, once every one else came up here too we decided to sit in my room and chill out together and watch school of rock, but we just sat talking more about how we are glad were now speaking and how much christmas was nicer this year. I think that she was suprised that i wasn't that bothered when she had told me about her loving jack... why would it, it isn't like i still loved her in that way any more or even wanted her back. She asked me if i loved serena, my answer was yes, she asked me if i would move to italy to be with her, and i told her that i already am. I continued to explain to her every thing that had gone on inside of my head in the last year, but most of all in the last 32 days now since i have met serena. That night nan wasn't very well, nat was supossed to be in the same room with her but with her being ill, at the age of 89 you cant exactly be dependant on yourself in that situation.. so nat dragged her duvet and knocked on my door to see if i minded if she slept on my floor, why would i mind?.. shes only on my floor, i have nothing to hide from any one.. certainly not like we were sleeping togther, i dont wish to go through that again, my head is focused on serena.... so this all ending at 4.30am and i have to be up for work at 9am again... i rose to feel free as a bird. It was the end of this chapter in my life, i set aside all mine enemies, all bad thoughts, made friends with one and all, its been a good christmas, but to have been with serena would have made it perfect.
Right now 6 sleeps, the prelude to the next novel... one with photos, excitment, happiness, romance, aeroplanes and italians... maybe the mafia!.. who knows.

So that concludes the end of an era in my life, mostly times i wish to never have repeat, i will take from it and learn and carry on moving on in my life.

Now where do i start with my new book>?... it needs a title for a start!

As consolation christmas presents I've bought myself a new mouse and keyboard for my computer. Although my brother seems to have knackered the mouse already and he's only been home for about 2 hours.
But then he is a big ham-fisted galoot...



Glad you had a reasonably good christmas. Mine's been shite.

All the snows melted now and i didn't even get a chance to go out in it (had a really shitty cold and didn't think it wise to go out. Was going to go out tomorrow instead). So that was another nail in the coffin of gloom.

This is the first christmas I've spent alone/single in as long as i can remember. And it's a bit shitty. Couple that with the fact that it was the anniversary of my mum's death a few weeks ago, my favourite aunt died just after that and my grandma was rushed into hospital just a few days ago, you might just start to understand while the lack of anyone very special to hug/make me smile/etc in my life is getting to me somewhat.

then to wake on christmas morning to find that even bloody Santa Claus has forgotten about you....

well i'm a tad grumpy right now. to say the least.

as for the text! i only sent 3 this year... 3 more texts than christmas cards i sent though.... this year i planned to not send one xmas card and i succeeded... not [censored] one card i sent this year!!! woo hooo... im a misserable bastard.. but i did call my mom and tell her i love her.
santa may have well not bothered with me this year either!, i got a lighter!, a lava lamp!, lynx set!... that was it on the day. beaing as i opened my moms last week which was a digital camera.
But i have pressies waiting for me in italy, so i suppose i get xmas again when im there.
