need help with palm spins

it may sound scary but i cant do palm spins. ne one got ne good tips n tricks!

FIRST YOU NEED A HIGH SPEED ROTATION. the bring the staff so you are spinning it flat above your head then let it spinn on the BASE of your palm

start out with your staff centered in your closed hand, palm up, with your hand staged at the opposite side of the body across the front. bring your hand back across your body, while simultaneously raising your arm and turning your wrist. flatten your hand out at the near peak of the motion, and the spin should do the rest. keep your thumb and fingers as flat as possible, or the staff WILL hook your digits and wander off to find something combustible.
