Cor Blimey! What a crazy couple of weeks we've had on the board just recently, topics from blowing dry fuels to Bender's crazy firehoook sword thingees. Had some new members from different disciplines and some misunderstandings following through that have been all sorted out.
COL3 has been released, as has the awesome Sage video...
Poi seems to be asserting itself once again as the main moves topic (c'mon staffers....) and as always the social section rolls over every other one like a fun, bubbly gargantuan steamroller.
I just thought I'd like to show my (our) appreciation of what Malcolm does by providing and maintaining this site, as well as the hundreds and hundreds of hours he's poured into the COL3 and the other compilations.
I know things have been a little rocky for him lately and was thinking that I can't imagine a world without HoP, its helped me progress both professionally and personally. As well as giving me and a number of other sometimes-isolated spinners a great way to keep in touch with like-minded nutters...
Oh yeah and supplying us with so many cool toys...
Sometimes we can take him and the site for granted and thought it might be time for a big...

Malcolm's work allows for those starting out and those already confident to make great friends that they'll keep until the seas run dry. Malcolm provides a place where helpful points and advanced ideas are shared widely and quickly - and that's just the Nutella recipe threads!! For allowing us to the uniqure experience of being exposed to so much varied pyromaniac humanity, Malcolm will be remembered as one of the greatest proponents of firetwirlage. What a legend!
If HoP was an episode of Happy days, Malcolm would be Mr C. and the Fonz all rolled up into a two-headed '50s firedude.

This site as not only helped me advance in poi, I'e gained alot from just talking to and meeting th people from the board. We all must agree that this place is our home ,were we feel comfortable and are able to share Ideas and mostly just random thoughts.

This site has been so helpful for me I cannot begin to thank you enough for all of your efforts Malcolm. Not only to do put in some many hours of hard work, you apply your morality to your work too (e.g. the way you dealt with the COL3 error).
I've learnt a great deal about our art through this site and have also picked up some good friends and cool moves along the way too. Haven't won the free competition or had a poll chosen yet but you can't win em all!!
Once again Malcolm, you're a great man and you're always welcome in my home. In fact, with everyone in here loving you so much you've probably got somewhere to stay in every country of the World! How does it feel to be so amazingly popular!

If it weren't for HoP, I'd have no knowledge of my newfound love. I have learned so much about poi, and life as well from this site. I have grown an amazing appreciation of fire arts and the passion of those who participate.

Thanks are not even enough for me. I still would be poi-ing without HoP but i never even new how many other people poi. I also didnt know you could do moves like wraps and HoP has really encouraged me to start with fire which i was kinda afraid to before. Super Thanks

Totally agree with what everyone has said this site is fantastic and the shop offers some lovely toys (beaming balls and electroglow poi are in the post cant wait!!!)
