and I'm as nervous as if I'm walking into a bar full of strangers - so deep breath and here we go...
Just got into poi and i'm pretty crap but it's just such a buzz so gonna keep at it - who says you can't teach an old dog...
a good friend is getting married next august and she's told her mum I'll do fire! no pressure then.
I'm not v good at chat rooms n stuff, they scare me - in fact it's been 3 years since I last went on one but the guy who introduced me to poi is/was a HOPer so i reckon it's worth a try
dya know I was even worried about these fab little things I've seen on people's messages - right over my head i thought - and here they are on the screen - doh!
But now I can't get em on here aargh! 1 step forward, 1 step back.
Hopefully I'll look back on this and laugh in years to come!

Yes, he is Super Student. His special powers include skinning up, being lazy, stealing traffic cones and road signs.
I was going to dress up as a traffic cone so he could come and steal me from work and save me from a very, very, dull, boring day!
That and he burned me some juggling discs to view. So I've made him a cape. All good Super heros have a cape! Maybe I should make him a pair of matching pants to wear over his trouser. Super Heros seem to find it hard to get dressed in the right order! Oooooooo maybe Oli is really a Super Hero. He has difficulty with clothes!

a proper student indeed - maybe the logo should reference that other student-life pre-requisite and be a 'no cleaning' sign, a mop in a crossed circle..?

My house is remarkably clean actually. I can genuinly say that my landlady thinks im a cleanliness freak.
Honestly. I have no idea where she got this idea...I have to do my laundry now.
I havent done it in over a month.

I saw my name (randomly) on the entrance so thought i'd pop in and say hi. I take it our names have been mixed up somehere in the journey of time in a galaxy far far away??

I had SOOO much fun and then sunday night Truppie came round and we burned some more - double . Definitely improving at a pace now - roll on Falmouth and roll on summerOh heck - Gidge's gone and I missed saying bon voyage (damn work all to hell)

Getting a minibus nicked sucks.
Getting your arse down to Falmouth anyway, shows what an amazing person you are.
Getting to meet you was wonderful. You had either a brightly coloured hat... or a brightly coloured top. I think it was hat. It was lovely though whatever it was.

. It was a brightly coloured top with a hood - so right on both counts Wish Falmouth had lasted at least another 2 days - I'd just wound down and started to get into the groove when it was time to go home!! Roll on the next one....
Hopefully I'll get my laptop replaced soon so I can get back on HoP from home - miss chatting to everyone
