I want to thank someone! Im trying to find the person that got me in to poi... Because it was a brief encounter, and whoever it was deserves a medal for sheer balls...
On an april (probably) night in 1999, a young person (male?female? just dont know) came into Whitendale Halls central quadrangle (?) in University of Central Lancashire. They then proceeded to do a very cool spin with fire. They were then escorted from the premesis by some very pissed off security.
Any ideas who they might be?

Sorry I can't help you..but would like to share with you that I'm in a similar situation..the one who turned me on to poi , it was during a slave hunt at a farm , we were sitting by the fire and there were these 2 glowing things swinging in awesome patterns and I just had to ask, cause if it's something cool...I gotta be in on it. Thank you lucious wherever you may be.
