Hello everyone, I've finally found the time to register and introduce myself. My name is Hanna, i live in Oxford and go to uni in Leicester i first picked up a set of poi in May and haven't put them down since. More recently i went to camden and got my first set of fire poi, and a few minor burns later im getting quite good, my next challenge is to learn the behind the back weave...

Please check out my poi pictures on my website

spank <- I had to do that seeing as it's your name!

Didn't go to V (even tho it's about 5 miles from my house) but my mate went and said the Pixies were amazing. Was going to Leeds but had to sell my tickets frown

Who spanks people on the head? you'd knock me out!

V was great, The strokes were very good and so were N.E.R.D. Pharell taking off his top made my day..! Goldie Lookin Chain were so funny aswell! I was imp[ressed to find a little poi stand, but it was a bit over priced, think i'd rather make my own...

You should try and get a day ticket or something, it's a good day out...

All poi stands are over priced!!

I saw the Strokes, NERD & GLC in TV highlights last night and they all seemed to be putting on a good show. Traffic must be lovely round the M6 this morning! ubblol

Nah you'll be fine at Reading so long aas you're not to close to tents etc. So you reckon security can successfully a) stop you spinning big balls of fire b) actually take them from you while you tell them they're red hot or c) stop you running away while you extinguish them and dissapear into a crowd

You'll be ok, don't stress but if any security get out of hand remember they legally cannot touch you, control you, handle you or your property without authorisation from the police. They have as much power as a steward or a drinks seller they just look meaner and a little taller!

Oh and there was loads of fire there last year so no doubt will be the same again this year.

'ello! wave welcome hug

I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and good with ketchup.
