Hello
hmmmmmm what to write about me as an intro.....damn its make or break time. First impressions are so vital. Oooooo the pressure.
I'm living in South Wales but originate from Essex (No I don't own White stillettos and No I'm not an Essex girl!). I don't bite, I do pinch, I love chocolate and I one day plan on learning lots of stuff I can't do yet.
Hobbies:- include juggling, balls
and clubs , Diablo, poi, doodling, music, hating housework (dust is natures way of showing what the burglars have stolen), making things, pulling things to bits (mainly to see how they work) , embarrassing my nieces and nephews (great fun hobbie that all aunties should take up), hugging trees and talking to bees (watch out for the squirrels......they ARE out to get you!)
Ambitions:- Never to grow up. Learn how to burn things safely
To that ends learning how to poi without stunning myself, blacking my eye or turning myself into a human torch. Learn to play more than one tune on the guitar. Rule the World. Learn to Surf. Conquer my fear of heights. Travel the world in a van with a man named Bob ("why Bob?" you ask...well why not Bob? I'm sure there are loads of nice men called Bob out there! Simons and Johns need not apply).
Boring stuff:- work in sales to pay the bills.

I'm sleepy. Last night was crappy and involved a bucket and lots of mouth swilling with toothpaste. Now I feel utterly drained....... so if my typing/spelling/grammar is crappy I apologise in advance. Blah!
Anyway on to better things.
I've slowly and steadly been making hoops whilst I've heen home from work. I now have a back living room full of pretty hoops. I got a new delivery of tape and some tube on monday. Sadly I still can't get any purple, jade or navy tape. The company that supplies me with tape only holds stock of it's popular colours, so unless I'm willing to order a full box of 48 rolls of any colour they don't hold as stock, I can't have them. I can't really afford to buy 48 rolls of each Anyway, bring on the summer and the festivals. I can't wait to see fields full of people wiggling and smiling. Ahhhhhh for the love of the wiggle!
I've also made loads of pixie hats. I'm running out of odds and sods of yarn now though so I'll have to wait until I can go to town to get some cheap stuff from the market. Maybe I should just ask people to mail me any odd balls of yarn they don't need any more. I could then mix and match them together to make hats and other stuff to sell. Maybe we could pick a charity to make them for and donate any money they make? Not sure which charity though.
I still need to either fix this computer or get a new one. I want so much to digitally doodle and paint but can't. Silly computer! *kick*
My cat is being all meowie and clingy. I have a feeling he's had a run in with something that's frightened him. He usually treats people with the normal distain of cats, only bothering with them when he wants some dinner. This week he's been following me about mewing and rubbing against my legs. It makes walking down stairs difficult
I think I'll shut up now and go take a nap.
I hope you are all happy, healthy and h... h... h... *opens dictionary at H*... Hispanic..... well, it was the first word on the page I opened at.

If you need help with the computer, you know where we are! I don't think i'd be any good at making pixie hats to help. I can't knit Although i can do ramdon amusing entertainment in various forms such as walking into doors, slipping on banana skins and falling over imaginary chairs. I'm also well trained in the art of holding hair back should you need that service as well, plus we have a stannan stairlift on special offer at the moment.
Back on to a serious note, i hope you recover and feel back to you usual self soon. And if you need any help with looking at alternate work arrangements then i can be on hand to help with any forms or anything i can help with.

Catnip tea is supposed to be helpful for upset tummies along the same lines as peppermint. And it would make the cat happy too

Jonny we got to the bit where the new hard drive, Eric, refused to let us install windows on it because the computer claimed it wasn't there and when we disconnected it and ran the computer without it, it asked us where it was. Poor Eric the hard drive doesn't seem to be accepted by the old hard drive and now its sulking forever because it doesn't like being ignored.

I just found a freebie compilation CD, whilst looking for something to listen to. It's called "Essential Glastonbury" and it came off the front of a Q mag. On it there is the Kinks song "The Village Green Preservation Society". I forgot how silly/ wonderful that song was. Here are the Lyrics (for those of you that don't know them)

I've driven by that button many times. It is a bit striking.
And UCOF, it's called "New York, New York" because that's the city and the state. Like "Los Angeles, California"
The only other place I can think of that has a city with the same name as the province/state is Quebec, Quebec. I'm sure there are more.
