You should find all of that minus the 3 section staff here in the vid section. Start downloading hehe. I know plenty of vids that were posted have some of those things. Never saw a 3 section staff vid though.

i am learning 3 section staff as well. i bought my instructional video (and practice 3 section staff w/foam coating) from https://www.martialartsmart.net/
they're really good.
warning -- make sure you learn 3 section staff with a PRACTICE three section staff covered in foam.
You could actually kill yourself with a 3 section staff if you hit yourself just right. This is one weapon you can really do some nasty damage with if you're not careful.
happy spinning. martial arts mart offers a two for one package (video and practice 3 section staff) -- and no, i don't work for them

something to note about the foam 3 section - it is completely the wrong weighting, so when you make the transition to a solid 3 section, be careful to condition yourself to the added weight. Once I made the conversion, i realised that the foam one just fly out of my hands due to to it's lightness.
