U tell a riddle. Basic Rules. Guess it. He/she/thing who guesses correctly wins and tells the next one...
I'll start.
When it is broken, it still works.
Beating pains it not...

hehe , thats a good one , its gry !
wildchild , nice way to look at that little riddle of mine ... i did substitue some words , cause i thought it was too easy , however i didnt expect to change the whole riddle!
so here goes .....
i make elephants jump
i make babies curious
i have just one hump
and my ancestor is furious
hmmm ... does sound easy now ...
hehe , thats a good one , its gry !

yeah, and a few others (I actually checked several). Maybe it is a riddle that only works for american english?
and there are entire websites devoted to this riddle too, which do not ever once mention "gry" as a word

Vanize's riddle never asked for another word that ends in gry though. It just mentioned there were 2 words that did so.

My riddle in a nutshell. I bring up the Monty Hall problem and word it really baddly leading to at least three extra posts of me trying to explain it. Then people give their answers and one smartarse gets it right. This leads to an argument of maths vs. comman sence which'll go on for a while.

Think of words ending in -GRY. Angry and hungry are two of them. There are only three words in the English language. What is the third word? The word is something that everyone uses every day. If you have listened carefully, I have already told you what it is.
