Muffins are good. I just feel like such a fool. I can't blame her for being bothered by it. I should have just explained the situation as soon as she asked, but i didn't, I said I didn't know. So when I told her the next day that, of course I did know, she naturally assumed I'd been trying to hide it from her. I wouldn't trust someone who'd behaved like that.

GOD I'M SUCH A D*CK!

Bammy, Fluff, Luner, Skully, thank you for the kind words and happy thoughts. This won't be the end of the world, but still i'm so frustrated and angry with myself for being so DAMN stupid.

(Don't panic Skully, I'd never actually top myself, I'm too conceited.:))

Spent the whole day {MONDAY 8TH NOVEMBER} feeling like a complete twat. Brad came over with my new monkey fists. Yay. Even that failed to excite me. Nick cooked a roast turkey. Was very tasty. Spoke to Mojo. She said, "Maybe we should just leave things how they are for the time being." Don't blame her, I'm a f*ckin idiot. Drank beer, smoked and watched "The Last Boyscout" with Nick. Then I went to bed.

TUESDAY 9TH

Just wrote an article about the Mafia for the Student Times. Can't stop kicking myself. Circus Society tonight. Whoopee. Have just learned how to play Dominated Love Slave by Green Day. Hurrah.

Tuesday/Wednesday 9th/10th

Circus was pretty cool. Spent the first half playing poi and showing people various variations and stuff. Managed to hyperloop and cut myself at the same time. Heh. I think i see what i did wrong there. smile

Spent the second half teaching a girl called Charlie how to spin a staff. Girls + sticks = way cool. She picked it up really quickly, and the Society is buying some practise staves today, so soon we should have a little staff school to go with the poi school and the juggling school. (the tumblers, unicyclers and diabolists just kinda float around the edges at the moment)

Once that was done i went on a mission to collect loads of green and then a seond mission to drop it off to everyone who wanted it. That done I went and watched The Contender (wicked film) on 4 with Nick then hit the sack.

Woke up this morning (weds) and couldn't be arsed, so fell asleep again and woke up this afternoon. Just come into college to do some research for a story and to check messages etc. I have to go to Penryn in a couple of hours and spin for some film students making a music video. Have to get all painted up again. Not being paid. Wish i could just go home and read a book. I am kinda planning to go play at open mic night tonight, but i'll probably still have bodypaint all over me, so we shall see.

Mo hasn't rung. I wonder what she's doing. I miss her lots.

Mags shes playing you like a badly tuned violin...again...and you're worth far far more than that. I'd have you but it'd upset George far too much so in the mean time....... hug hug2 kiss <- with extra sloppiness wink

Wednesday 10th [continued]

Ok, we went to Penryn, got painted red again and spun fire in the middle of the road while some broadcasting students made a music video. Then got a lift back to town, and I went to Jacobs Ladder to meet Nick and Esther (still painted red). Had a couple of pints, watched my housemate Cordelia do a truly bizarre "performance art" piece which consisited of her dancing to La Bamba with a duvet wrapped around her head, while a tape of someone coughing uncontrollably played in the background. I got up and played "Better be quiet now", by Elliot Smith, "Dominated Love Slave" by Green Day and a pretty shitty version of "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" by the Pumpkins. Went home and had a shower, scrubbed all the redness of myself, then wandered back to town and had a smoke with Danielle and Sarah at their place. Left there around half 2, went home. Nick was already passed out so i went to bed.

Thursday 11th November.

Woke up at 2pm. This is not good. As i was lying in bed smoking and planning what i had to do today, Nick came in with a horror story about how hard it has now become to get Hardship loans from the college. Last year is was really easy, you give in a form, a couple of weeks later you get the money. Not so this year. Because the college has amalgamated with the Uni of Exeter (and a bunch of other colleges) to for the Combined Universities of Cornwall (or CUC - Falmouth Art college is now known as FUCA wink) the paperwork has become much harder to deal with and it takes a lot longer to get the money.

After speaking to the bank on the phone for about half an hour and being told that there was nothing they could do for me, I decided to run to the bank and withdraw all the money in there. This means that i have to go to the finance office of the college tomorrow and tell them not to bank the post-dated cheque i gave them earlier in the term to cover the advance on my student loan. With me so far? With that knowledge, I'm hoping they'll make extra effort to get me my £500 hardship loan (as I now owe it entirely to them. ) and I now have in my pocket, enough money to pay off my rent. Ta da. Now I just have to find Decembers rent. ubblol

Have just been round to my friend Travis's house and collected some photos he took of us at the Hallowe'en party. They are in my gallery.

Not sure what the plan is for tonight, but i may stay up all night and try to get some work done early tomorrow. Or maybe i won't.

love you all

By all means O Fluffy One! My kettle is, as ever, at your disposal. biggrin hug

Friday 12th

Didn't really do much. Got stoned and hung out with Nick. Went over to Vic's house and mucked about, had a few drinks and played guitar. Ended up teaching people to play with poi in a very small kitchen. smile

Saturday 13th

Woke up, went and bought paraffin and bodypaint. Bought some pointy ears as well. Brad and Dave came over and we paited ourselves, Brad red, Me green, Dave yellow. We looked like traffic lights (you'll note that I was "Go" wink) and it was damn cold (about -2) but still we made it to the beach café by half 8. We span til about 10pm roughly, ending the show with some wire wool poi. The birthday girl and her guests seemed to really enjoy it, and we got to eat a bit of free food and neck a few free drinks afterwards.

We also got paid £100. We spent most of the night giggling that we are now Semi-professional Fire dancers. biggrin ubblol How cool!

Then we went into town, and span for a bit in the street. That done we hit the pubs and bounced about drinking and getting strange looks for being painted. We even ended up going to Remedies, the most awful nightclub in the world (other than the other two;)) where Brad painted some poor girls face red by snogging her mercilessly. Hahaha. How I laughed! Left the club about 2ish, went and got some weed and then smoked until I fell asleep.

Sunday 14th

Did very little. Vegged. Read some Jacques Derrida. Watched some South Park. Ate pizza. Slept.

Dunc, check the Foulmouth thread, I may have a solution for you.

Monday 15th November

Got up at half 8 and pegged it into college by 9am. Ha ha. Irony of ironies, one of the few times i actually bother to get in on time and my lecture was cancelled. So i hung around and did a bit of work for a couple of hours, then went into town and had a bit of lunch at Blue South with Dani, Lucy, Ria, Sarah and Sarah's mum Wendy, who was down for a visit. Nice little place, Blue, I had a tomato and mozzarella salad which was good, if a little bland. Would have preferred a green salad with olives and feta but the waitress blatantly couldn't be arsed to ask the chef for something so complicated.

While a bit drunk the other day, Nick apparently offered to cook everyone a big roast dinner, so I headed back to our house and tidied up while he roasted the biggest turkey you've ever seen. About 8 Lucy, Sarah, Ria, Dani, Nicola, Nick and I sat down to eat: turkey, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, mash potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn, pigs in blankets, stuffing and gravy. It was truly incredible. Then Brad came over and we drank loads, played Trivial Pursuit, and ate dessert (Lemon Meringue Pie and Baileys Roulade). Nobody won the TP cos we got bored about midnight and the girls went home, so we got even more stoned and went to bed.

Tuesday 16th November

Woke up late as usual. Ran into college for a meeting with my group for Magazines. Established what I need to do for them, then had a coffee and smoke a couple of fags before coming into the computer room to update this. Now i'm off home to write a story for the Student Times. One I should have done last week. Oops. smile

Life is hectic, but I is happy.
