gidg! hello darling! i've been thinking i need to make another trip up to the pacific northwest sometime soon. so who knows, maybe you'll be seeing my ugly mug again in the near future

Well, I expected that segregation would be a topic open for discussion.... Or at least a pm or email from the mod who deleted my thread.
Life is going very well. We're off to North America in just over two weeks. We've got stop overs in Hawaii, both to and from Chicago.
And the four weeks we're at Feldenkrais teacher training is going to be amazing, I'm sure.Have you thought about making Moondoggie drop and give you fifty pushups anytime he falls asleep?

I'm going to have to remember that one. When he starts to snore I say in a sturn voice "drop and give me 50 soldier!" Which should prove to have an interesting reaction since he use to be the one that said it to the soldiers!So Patrick, how long is your stop overs in Hawaii? A couple of hours or are you going to be able to see some things?

she was there but she actually moved back to vegas almost a year ago. but i have some friends up there i'd like to visit and it would be good to get away for an extended weekend. right now money is tight so i won't be going in the near near future. but i was thinking if i can arrange it, i'd come towards the end of the year, maybe early next year. we'll have to see. but you'll be one of the first people to know when it gets booked

Cool. I'll look forward to it. But I know how it is with the tight budget. I'll be going to the Pirate Festival with not much mad money. I spent most of it at the Fairie Festival.

Hey Gidg,
The first stopover is just 14 hours. Chance to see a friend, and maybe do a bit of sparring.
The second one is just over a day. I'm getting to train with one of my martial arts teachers there, and some of his guys. Then we'll all go out for dinner and drinks. Myste will get to hear us tell war-stories and general bullshit!

But the flights go through LA not Hawaii.

Well, I bought our tickets seperately again. Return to Hawaii, and then return from there to Chicago. Worked out cheaper than direct to Chicago. And comparable to what it would have been to go thru' LAX.
