as you might have guessed i've done this before too and am also a lazy kitten...:

i'l take you on, any day of the week, not including those named after gods or heavenly bodies.
apparently you can measure it, there are tests you can take, but they are approximates.
personally i'll just settle for what i did when i was 7: reading the oxford english....
