these guys still continue to blow my mind... i need to just sit in front of the computer and learn these routines... sans flips and splits

Cheer's arashi, when you first gave me the link to wushucentral i spent about 4 days downloading
Well, gotta find something usful to do at work then started kung fu lessons, which i proptly gave up after pulling every muscle in my body
My personal favourite is this, purly for the moe where he pauses, leans on staff and uses his leg as a little monkey tail whilst doing that crazy monkey scratching thing

well i can't figure this computer out but for some reason mine just plays these straight off the page, while i can't watch JACK from most places, like PiP. anyways i'm just glad i can watch this stuff. man it's hard learning katas from video, but i'm doing it!
this right here is hands down the most insane display of physical prowess, control, balance, flexibility and skill i have ever seen. these low staces are so solid, you could sit on his shoulders and he could stand right up, can you see the way he locks in those shoulders? sigh-someday give me a year with this guy and i'll give you THE world champion poi spinner. eagle claw i've been wotking my way up to the one-foot-on-the-ground flip (at 50%) for several years now, it is my "personal goal" in my physical therapy agenda.
