I was using getright (Im not using the multiple threads option which takes a lot of extra bandwidth from the server) and it booted me off and when getright automaticly resumed the download it said the server was busy and I kept getting that message for awhile and now it's going again.

I would strongly reccomend getright, gozilla or download acclerator or anything else that can reliably resume downloads to anyone trying to download stuff like this. Especially if you are on dialup like me.

unfortunately due to wanting to spin as much as possible (and also to watch unencumbered by the tiny screen of a camcorder) we did not get that much footage from pip, only about 25 mins of the saturday night, i hope all realise there was hours and hours of beautiful spinning and we only got a smidgeon......

much love
Rob

Server 1 Issues:
At 8pm on Tuesday 11th of February 2003 server 1 was attacked by a hacker. As such our install of plesk and backup file have been corrupted. Information on the hacker has been passed onto the police BUT we are unable to bring server 1 back online in its current form.

This is real bad shit for me guys, i only have dial up, not all of my files are on my hard drive, so with dial up i am going to have to download my server and re upload to a new one.
all my files are only accessible for a short period, which means that the videos will have to go back up as soon as possible.
i had no idea it was gonna get this bad, now i am really pissed.
sorry guys, your gonna have to wait a few days for me to resolve this situation.

gonna post this in a new thread too.
yours PK

Please beware!

Gozilla works quite well but is EVIL! Have you ever tried removing it from your machine, have fun, the makers of it surley did.

It has no uninstall and strangley rises from the ashes after its deaded. Can anyone reccomend a non shit download manager, without getting netscape that is?

erm good idea, i use imesh normally. but surely youd have to make sure one of us is online to download from. good thing is is that it keeps my bandwidth down too as i only get 1000mb a month which is quite a lot, but will soon get eaten alive.
wiht file sharing programs can you link by usernames? i've never seen the function on imesh.
