Autumn is well and truly here and winter is approaching rapidly. And so PiP shall hibernate until next year.

But not without one last spin on a winter's day! On November 1st we have some special guests in town:
Cassandra - Exquisitely beautiful dancer and world famous French Frog
Shibaki - Barefooted extraordinaire from Florida
PK - Pierced wonder and founder of PiP
Nat - The spinning angel with a killer smile

So to celebrate we're going to hope the sun shines and have a PiP!

Thanks to everyone who made it down to PiP this year, espically you hardcore spinners who were there come rain, wind and cold! It's been a wicked summer!

Yeah, it was.

+) - I'm sorry you didn't get to play with the insanity wicks of doom, but I was really quite scared of the handles breaking. Once I have proper handles on them, it'll be much better.

Was a good meet. I never thought I'd thank UCoF(J) for making me do those wicks yesterday, but despite making me feel like my arms were about to fall off, they really were very good fun. :-)

Woohoo! I finally got the 4 beat corkscrew! (look, i found it hard, okay?)Someone (I can't remember who- sorry!) gave me a hint and it clicked! Happy poly.

A big for flid for lending me his spare fire poi... must invest in some paraffin.

Spanner, lovely to finally meet you, and Nix!

Wicked to meet you all (some of you again) - I shall have to come back soon with more of the Guildford lot before it gets too cold.

Thanks Ads and Ogre for the lessons, perhaps being less caned might aid me in my quest for contact staff

yea, thats cool. I generally bring enough paraffin for myself and a bit extra to add to any open container. Sometimes more if i can be arsed to carry it, but thats not often cause its a 40 min walk to the station

possibly, probably, if it's not cold and a few other people will be there. Not worth 15 quid train fare if it's small thou, so will be harassing people by sms tomorrow lunch time.

I will be there, though I may be leaving pre-fire, because it's a friend's 30th tomorrow. I'm also expecting bambam to be there, because I have some wicks for her! If weather is anything like today, then that'd be really cool.
